Our Mission Statement

To offer a Service and Experience beyond our Guest’s expectations.

Reservations (Deposits)

All accommodation reservations must be supported by providing credit card details or a payment deposit of £20 per person in advance of the stay. 
Same day bookings are required to pay on check-in unless or provide credit card details.
We regret that deposits are non refundable.

Children

There will be no additional charge for infants (up to 4 years) sharing with adults unless an additional bed and laundry is required. This additional service will be charged at £5 per night per child.
Cot travel beds (120x60cm) are provided free of charge without linen.
For children sharing a room who require breakfast there will be an additional charge of £5 per day per child

Arrivals & Departures

We cannot guarantee rooms will be available before 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
Guests are required to vacate their rooms by 11.00am on the day of departure. 
We will endeavour to accommodate any specific needs if given prior notice.
Late departures may incur an additional daily room charge.

Room Service

The hotel does not operate a room service.
The hotel will endeavour to accommodate any specific needs if given prior notice.

Smoking

The hotel offers an enclosed outside smoking area.
All other areas of the hotel including accommodation rooms are strictly non-smoking.

Damage to Hotel Property

Guests will be charged on departure for any damaged caused to hotel property that is considered malicious as a result of their actions

Animals

Animals are welcome in the hotel except in the Restaurant or Lounge Bar.

Personal belongings and Vehicles

The Hotel Management do not accept any responsibility for personal belongings or vehicles of guests using the hotel’s services
